Who is responsible for your information
Chisco Enterprise owns and operates the SwiftLync website and technology platform and is responsible for the personal information processed through SwiftLync, subject to the roles of payment providers, banks, mobile-money operators, verification services, and other independent service providers.
SwiftLync is a technology platform and does not present itself as a bank. This policy does not claim a financial-services licence, registration, or regulatory approval that has not been separately published and verified.
Information we may collect

Identity information
KYC details such as submitted name, phone, country, identity-document type and number, document images, selfie images, verification result, and review notes.
Financial and transaction information
Wallet currencies and balances, linked bank or mobile-money account details, payment references, transaction amounts, rates, fees, status, recipient information, and provider responses.
Device and security information
IP address, session and cookie identifiers, login attempts, timestamps, browser or request information, firewall events, audit records, webhook events, and error logs.
Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information through the contact form.
How and why information is used
- Provide the service: create and secure accounts, maintain wallets, prepare quotes, process transactions, link withdrawal accounts, and display activity.
- Verify identity and manage risk: compare submitted details, review KYC evidence, apply limits, detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and enforce the AML/KYC Policy.
- Communicate: send login, signup, verification, deposit, withdrawal, transfer, conversion, security, and support messages where delivery is configured.
- Operate and improve: troubleshoot errors, reconcile provider events, maintain audit and ledger records, measure reliability, and protect platform integrity.
- Meet legal obligations: respond to valid legal requests, maintain required records, investigate disputes, and make reports where applicable law requires them.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your request or contract, consent, legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests, prevention of fraud, or establishment and defence of legal claims.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, satisfy payment-provider requirements, and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, AML, or reporting obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.
Controls may include password hashing, session protection, CSRF controls, login throttling, encrypted service secrets, access restrictions, transaction limits, suspicious-activity checks, redacted logs, database transactions, wallet locks, and hash-linked ledger records.
No website, provider, or transmission method is completely secure. Customers must protect their login information and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Your choices and data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, object to, port, or delete personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request information about how a significant automated decision was made.
Some requests cannot be completed where records must be retained for transaction integrity, AML/KYC, fraud prevention, legal claims, or another legal obligation. SwiftLync may request identity confirmation before acting on a request.
Cookies and sessions
SwiftLync uses session and security cookies needed for login, account protection, preferences, and core website operation. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working correctly.
Children
SwiftLync is not intended for people under 18. Do not create an account or submit identity documents if you are under 18.

You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority responsible in your country, including Ghana's Data Protection Commission or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, where their jurisdiction applies.
This policy may be updated when services, providers, risks, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date.
