Responsible for the SwiftLync website and technology platform.
Clear responsibilities before money moves.
These Terms govern access to SwiftLync, a multi-currency wallet and transfer technology platform owned and operated by Chisco Enterprise. Read them before creating an account or using any payment feature.
No unverified banking, remittance, or financial-services licence is claimed.
Flutterwave, banks, and mobile-money operators may have separate terms and controls.
Agreement and important definitions
By registering, selecting “I agree,” accessing an account, or using SwiftLync, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or initiate a transaction.
“SwiftLync” or “Platform”
The website, software, account, wallet, quotation, transfer, conversion, withdrawal, notification, and support features operated by Chisco Enterprise.
“Customer” or “you”
The individual who creates or uses a SwiftLync account and is responsible for the information and instructions submitted through it.
“Provider”
A third party involved in identity checks, hosting, email, payment collection, settlement, banking, mobile money, payout, or another supporting service.
“Transaction”
A deposit, withdrawal, transfer, wallet conversion, QR payment, adjustment, reversal, or related movement recorded by the Platform.
SwiftLync is owned and operated by Chisco Enterprise. A verified registered address, registration number, governing-law jurisdiction, and any applicable licence details should be published here only after confirmation by Chisco Enterprise and qualified legal counsel.
Eligibility, registration, and account security
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and must not create an account for another person without lawful authority.
- Each customer may maintain only the number of accounts permitted by SwiftLync and must not sell, transfer, rent, or share account access.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, device, email account, and authentication information and for reviewing activity promptly.
- You must notify support immediately if you suspect account takeover, identity misuse, an incorrect transaction, or unauthorised access.
SwiftLync may rely on instructions submitted through an authenticated session until the Platform receives and has a reasonable opportunity to act on a security report.
Identity verification and compliance reviews
Transfers, conversions, QR payments, withdrawals, and other features may require approved identity verification. You authorise SwiftLync and relevant Providers to validate submitted information, review documents, compare account details, and conduct reasonable fraud, sanctions, and financial-crime checks.
SwiftLync may request updated identity documents, source-of-funds information, transaction purpose, recipient information, proof of account ownership, or other evidence appropriate to the risk. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in delay, restriction, rejection, suspension, or closure.
The AML/KYC Policy forms part of these Terms.
Platform role and third-party Providers
SwiftLync provides technology for maintaining wallet records, displaying quotations, submitting payment instructions, tracking status, and supporting customers. SwiftLync does not present itself as a bank or deposit-taking institution.
Deposits and withdrawals may depend on Flutterwave, banks, mobile-money operators, card networks, telecommunications networks, identity services, and other Providers. Their availability, approval, limits, settlement, compliance decisions, and separate terms may affect a transaction.
Choosing a Provider-supported payment method may also make you subject to that Provider's terms and privacy practices. SwiftLync cannot guarantee that every Provider, currency, route, bank, or mobile-money network will remain available.
Wallet records and balances
A SwiftLync wallet is an electronic Platform record for an enabled currency. It is not, by itself, a bank account and does not create a right to interest, deposit insurance, overdraft, credit, or any banking service.
Wallet balances change only through authorised Platform entries, including verified deposits, completed transfers, conversions, withdrawals, adjustments, refunds, or reversals. SwiftLync may correct a duplicate, erroneous, unauthorised, reversed, or provider-disputed entry after reviewing available records.
You must not spend, withdraw, or transfer value that you know or reasonably should know was credited in error.
Deposits and wallet funding
- A deposit begins when SwiftLync creates a payment reference and opens or redirects you to the configured Provider checkout.
- Your wallet is credited only after SwiftLync receives and verifies a successful Provider response, callback, or trusted webhook for the expected reference, currency, and amount.
- A checkout message, debit alert, pending bank entry, or screenshot does not by itself prove that SwiftLync received settled funds.
- Failed, abandoned, cancelled, mismatched, duplicated, reversed, or chargeback-affected payments may be rejected, delayed, investigated, corrected, or reversed.
If a Provider debits you but the wallet is not credited, contact support with the SwiftLync reference and Provider reference. Do not submit repeated payments merely because a status is delayed.
Transfers, conversions, and QR payments
Before confirming, you must review the source wallet, recipient or destination wallet, sending amount, receiving currency, effective exchange rate, applicable fee, total wallet debit, and expected receiving amount.
Quotes are informational until final confirmation. SwiftLync recalculates the transaction using the current route, balance, limits, and pricing before committing it. A transaction may stop if the balance, route, recipient status, verification status, or applicable limit has changed.
Completed transfers and conversions may be final and may not be cancellable. Entering the wrong recipient, currency, amount, QR code, or destination remains your responsibility unless the error was caused by a proven Platform malfunction.
Withdrawals and linked accounts
Withdrawals may be submitted only to an eligible bank or mobile-money account linked to your profile. SwiftLync may limit the number of linked accounts and require account-name or ownership checks.
You are responsible for confirming the account number, bank, bank code, mobile-money number, network, currency, and beneficiary details before submission. A payout sent successfully to details supplied by you may not be recoverable.
A withdrawal may remain pending while a Provider response is uncertain. SwiftLync may avoid refunding a pending payout until it can reasonably determine that the Provider did not complete it, reducing the risk of both a refund and a duplicate payout.
Exchange rates, fees, margins, and taxes
Available rates, fees, margins, minimums, maximums, and limits may vary by route, currency, transaction type, Provider, risk review, or market conditions. The values presented for final confirmation apply to that quotation unless the quotation expires or must be recalculated.
The effective customer exchange rate may include a configured margin. Any separately charged Platform fee and total wallet debit should be displayed before confirmation. Provider, receiving-bank, correspondent-bank, mobile-network, card, or government charges outside SwiftLync's control may also apply.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, declarations, or reporting obligations that apply to your transactions, except where SwiftLync is legally required to deduct, collect, or report an amount.
Transaction status, errors, refunds, and reversals
Transaction status may include pending, completed, failed, or reversed. A reference and Platform record are the primary SwiftLync evidence of the instruction and its current status, but Provider reconciliation may require later correction.
- Pending: the instruction is awaiting verification, Provider confirmation, compliance review, or reconciliation.
- Completed: SwiftLync recorded the transaction as successful based on available Platform and Provider evidence.
- Failed: the instruction was not completed; where the wallet was debited, an appropriate refund entry may be made after confirmation.
- Reversed: an earlier entry was corrected because of an error, duplicate, Provider reversal, chargeback, dispute outcome, legal requirement, or other valid reason.
Report suspected errors promptly with the transaction reference. SwiftLync may require supporting evidence and reasonable investigation time. Refund timing can depend on the Provider and destination institution.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must use SwiftLync lawfully and for legitimate transactions. You must not use the Platform to commit fraud, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, trade in unlawful goods or services, abuse another person, conceal beneficial ownership, bypass limits, exploit errors, interfere with security, or violate the AML/KYC Policy.
You must not introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, test security without written authorisation, impersonate another person, manipulate a Provider response, submit false disputes, or attempt to create an artificial wallet balance.
Availability, maintenance, and communications
SwiftLync may be interrupted by maintenance, deployment changes, internet or power failure, Provider outages, network delays, compliance reviews, security incidents, currency-route changes, or events beyond reasonable control. No transaction speed or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
You consent to receive service communications electronically, including registration, login, security, KYC, deposit, transfer, conversion, withdrawal, policy, and support messages. Delivery may fail because of incorrect contact details, spam filtering, Provider failure, or network conditions.
You are responsible for keeping your email address and phone number current and for checking in-app activity and notifications.
Restrictions, suspension, and account closure
SwiftLync may restrict a feature, delay a transaction, suspend access, or close an account where reasonably necessary to investigate risk, enforce these Terms, protect customers, respond to a Provider, comply with law, address non-payment or chargeback, correct misuse, or protect Platform integrity.
Where legally and operationally possible, SwiftLync will provide an explanation or request corrective information. Some details may be withheld where disclosure could compromise security, monitoring, a Provider review, or a legally protected investigation.
Account closure does not cancel completed transactions, unpaid obligations, valid reversals, record-retention duties, dispute rights, or provisions intended to survive closure.
Customer responsibility, disclaimers, and liability
You are responsible for losses caused by information or instructions you submit, compromised credentials you fail to report, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent the loss was caused by SwiftLync's proven error or applicable law provides otherwise.
SwiftLync is provided subject to available technology and Providers. To the extent permitted by law, Chisco Enterprise is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, market movement, missed opportunity, Provider or network failure, recipient refusal, or a payout sent to details supplied by you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or another responsibility that applicable law makes non-excludable.
Complaints, disputes, and applicable law
Contact swiftlync@gmail.com with your account email, transaction reference, current status, date, currency, amount, and a clear explanation. Never send your password, PIN, or one-time code.
SwiftLync will review available Platform records and relevant Provider responses. You may be asked for additional evidence. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may use any court, regulator, Provider complaint process, consumer-protection process, or other remedy available under applicable law.
These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to Chisco Enterprise, the customer, and the service involved. Chisco Enterprise should publish a specific governing-law and forum clause after its registered jurisdiction and legal advice are confirmed.
Changes, policy order, and general terms
SwiftLync may update these Terms when the service, Providers, risks, pricing, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and may also be communicated electronically. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
The Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy form part of these Terms. A transaction-specific confirmation or mandatory legal requirement takes priority where it directly conflicts with a general provision.
If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without written consent; Chisco Enterprise may transfer the Platform agreement as part of a lawful business restructuring, subject to applicable notice and consumer rights.
